About Us

BRYAN CHOATE is the "main man"!  He is the owner/auctioneer. 

Bryan was raised in the Wichita Falls area and graduated from Holliday High School. He loves rodeos and supports all types of local high school sports. 

He has two grown sons, Buck and Bodie, who also help in the auction business when needed. 

Bryan also owns Choate Construction Company and Choate Cattle Company.   These businesses keep Bryan busy but in his spare time he likes to tee it up at one of our local golf courses.

KERRI WADE is the ticket writer/bookkeeper. 

She was raised in Wichita Falls and is a graduate of Wichita Falls High School.   She is a retired insurance agent and started writing tickets for the auction company in 2009. 

Kerri is married to Tim Wade, branch manager for Stifel Nicolaus Investments.  They have a daughter, Kenzie, who is a college student. 

In Kerri's free time, she loves to shop and travel.  She especially likes to travel somewhere to shop! 
 
Kerri loves to talk to the auction customers before and after the sale....but please don't try to talk to her while she's writing tickets!

PATTI FLORES is our "Vanna White".  She is the lady who holds the merchandise up for bid and catches bids.

Patti is the District Clerk for Wichita County.  She was a dedicated auction customer and we recruited her from the crowd.  She did a great job and has worked for us since!

She grew up in Wichita Falls and is a graduate of Notre Dame Catholic High School.   She is married to Louis Flores and has a daughter, Brittany , a granddaughter Alayna and a grandson Max.

In her spare time, Patti can be found enjoying her favorite movie and attending auctions!! 




LOIS HOGUE handles our titles and VTR forms at particular auctions.  She will also step up to the plate and run tickets or whatever is necessary at any sale.

She is a retired Educational Diagnostician with the Wichita Falls Independent School District.  Lois is also a graduate of Wichita Falls High School.

Lois has two grown children, Rance and Kerri,  and 3 granddaughters (Heather, Hayley and Kenzie). 

Lois spends her spare time traveling all around the world.  She takes at least one trip abroad per year plus her trips within the USA.

DERRALD CHOATE is "the other brother".  Derrald has an Associate Auctioneer License.  He assists Bryan when necessary.

Derrald was also raised in the Wichita Falls area and is a graduate of Holliday High School.  He is married to a wonderful lady, Debbie (who also helps out when necessary).  They have two grown children, Cody and Crystal.

He is a Captain with the Wichita County Sheriff's Office.  When not keeping law and order in Wichita County, you are likely to find Derrald playing golf at one of our area golf courses.




 

PAUL PIERATT is the Bryan's main Ringman for the Auction Company. 

Paul was raised in Wichita Falls and is a graduate of Rider High School.   He grew up involved in the auction business through his family.  He works for Choate Auction and Choate Construction.   

He has two grown children, Trish and Brandon. 

Between the Auction and Construction companies, Paul doesn't have a lot of free time but when he does....he loves to play golf and cook!

KENZIE WADE is Kerri's daughter.  She is our newest clerk/cashier.  She is responsible for registering you at the sales and checking you out after the sale.  She is a graduate of Rider High School and is a college freshman studying social work. In addition to being a full time student, she also works with the 2-4 yr olds at Wichita Christian School.  

Kenzie loves any kind of animals and really enjoys her dogs and cats.  

Kenzie has very limited spare time but when she does have it you will find her at the lake or hunting. 



MORGAN PATTERSON is our cashier/clerk. 
You will see Morgan when you register for a sale and when you check out from the sale.  She is also responsible for keying in the tickets during the sale. 

Morgan is a graduate of Holliday High School where she was active in sports and cheerleading.   She was a cheerleader for Clarendon College.  In addition to working for Choate Auction, she also has a full time job and attends Vernon College.

Morgan loves her horses, dogs, hunting and anything outdoors.        




JOHN COX is our newest ringman and also clerks at the auctions.  John is a graduate of Henrietta High School where he was active in football, basketball and baseball.  He is in his 3rd year of the Electrical Apprentice Program.  John also works full time for Commerical Electric. 

John is an avid hunter and when not working or hunting you can find John at the lake participating in almost any type of lake activity.
